·         Overall experience of 4 to 5 years with 3+ years of hands-on experience as Adobe CQ5 Developer.

·         Proven track record with Adobe CQ5 WCM projects in large corporate environments delivering content to a large user base, using Adobe CQ5 WCM’s best practices.

·         Design, develop, and test new templates, components, and applications as extensions of the Adobe CQ5 WCM product to support client’s business requirements.

·         Required Skills: Strong Java/J2EE/JSP experience – At least 3 years of managing large websites/applications;

·         Working knowledge and understanding of the following:

•   Apache Sling,
•   Apache Felix,
•   OSGi,
•   REST,
•   JavaScript,
•   jQuery,
•   AJAX,
•   JSON,
•   HTML,
•  CSS

·         Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

·         Working with stakeholders to understand needs and map to      product capabilities.

·         Ability to mentor junior / less experienced CQ5 developers.
