The people we’re looking for will have designed multiple creative and exciting websites as well as experience creating web site architecture. Key Factors in the Best Candidates Will Be:
*Strong web design skills and demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
*experience in designing paysites, banners, marketing materials, and hosted galleries
*Requires strong navigation and site design instincts
*Must be able to design/edit with website functionality in mind
*A working knowledge of the capabilities of HTML/ CSS techniques ad how they impact design
*Must have experience creating wireframes and developing site architecture
*Strong understanding of branding is a plus.
