Requirements

BA/BS degree required (English/Communications/Journalism)
Excellent writing skills and relevant search engine writing experience required
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and editing skills, including grammar, punctuation, usage, spelling, and style
Experienced in conducting Web-based research and utilizing credible sources when creating new website content
Knowledge of Web/SEO writing standards and practices, including the ability to work with SEO Specialists to develop and update copy for websites
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to participate on interdepartmental teams
Must provide writing samples and/or completed websites upon interview

Responsibilities

Create unique content for several law firms’ websites, email campaigns, and video scripts
Edit and update Web copy on a regular basis
Manage projects from concept to implementation
Communicate with department heads and team members regarding deadlines, status of copy, etc.
Proofread copy to ensure all changes are made correctly
Edit and post daily blogs from freelance bloggers
Help perform daily Content HelpDesk duties
