Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the development of new editorial content, while providing editorial oversight of Lifetime series and programs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
– Assist in the creation and development of new shows and formats for Lifetime
-Oversee a broad slate of quality programming for Lifetime that achieves or exceeds ratings goals.
– Manage all aspects of series production, both on location and in the office
– Effectively articulate the brand strategy and ensure that programming is on-brand.
– serve as the external and internal face of your productions
Required Experience:
5 to 7 years of Production/Programming experience as a producer or network executive. Strategic thinker who can clearly convey his/her POV. Ability to clearly communicate editorial direction
Required Education:
BA/BS
