Job Description

Responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements and mapping them to the SAP solution. Design, develop and integrate specifications for SAP functionality. Design the prototypes to build a demo for workshops to confirm the requirements. Map business processes into SAP CRM solution. Identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks and resolve issues. Interact with clients and must demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Assuring products/deliverables meet contract/work plan. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services. Evaluate business needs and perform business process definitions, prototyping and system configuration. Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems.

Must have bachelor’s degree, any related field or equivalent plus 5 years of professional experience as a software consultant. Experience must include hands-on-experience in implementing and configuring SAP CRM IC, CRM Sales, CRM Marketing, Complaints Management, Case Management, Process Modeling and Enterprise Portal, CRM 7.0 and CRM 4.0 PCUI, SAP ICM, SAP ABAP/4 development experience with various SAP modules including SD, FI, warehouse management and logistics execution. Certified SAP CRM Consultant.
