Job Description

A rapidly growing Montreal-based company with current staff of approximately 100 employees and an office in the heart of the city has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. In this role, you will manage two direct reports, oversee the work of freelance developers and manage software development projects.

More specifically, you will:

• Work with software developers, business analysts and team managers to improve the infrastructure of the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
• Manage two direct reports – Salesforce.com admins
• Propose technical solutions for various aspects of the business
• Manage projects, prioritize and prepare appropriate documentation
• Write specs for the development team
• Oversee troubleshooting of the CRM infrastructure
• Work on special projects, as assigned by company President

The position is full-time and permanent and offers a lucrative compensation package comprising of a starting salary of $70,000 — 85,000 (depending on your experience and relevant background), full benefits, vacation and sick days.

Here is what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Sci.)
• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation teams and projects
• Experience with JavaScript and/or Apex
• Superior command of the English language — ability to present ideas clearly and influence others
• Experience working within an Agile environment is a strong asset
