• This is purely a freelance, commission based job with work from home option 
  
• Responsible for the complete business development cycle.
• Acquisition of new clients by cold calling, Referrals & Network to meet self and business targets.
• Keep self updated on the products at hand and tools used by the delivery team.
• Crafting and delivering of effective presentation on the various products that the HR consulting at Weg HR has to offer to prospective clients.
• Collating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team to ensure smooth transition of assignments.
• Effective calculation of the pricing for various products based on the scope of work.
• Effective negotiation with the client to ensure the best possible price for the products/ services at hand.
• Preparation of the proposal for the clients with inputs from the delivery team.
• Initiate the sign up by soliciting the Letter of Intent.
• Coordinating with the existing clients for new requirements and repeat business.
• Develop and manage client communication tools such as presentations, brochures etc

• Self motivated Individual well versed with Human Resource Concepts and processes.
• Should be open to travel 
• Must have good comm skills
• Ensuring continuous business with the client by Direct Liasioning with HR Heads, Company Heads
• Delivery and Account management
• Experience in Business Management & Recruitment preferred
