Design Alliance, a strategic marketing design firm with a variety of high visibility clients, is seeking an exceptional and accountable CMS/Drupal Developer to join our team for specific freelance assignments, as well as an on-going work-relationship. Must have DRUPAL CMS expertise. Please send several examples of sites developed. Show several themes, several CSS templates, advanced JavaScript applets, JavaScript based animation and XML site maps. 

Must be local: DC/VA/MD. Requirements: Expertise in DRUPAL open source code in combination with CSS, HTML5, PHP, Ajax. Experience in W3C Web Accessibility Standards, upload of Video, development of simple forms, mobile phone compatibility and iPad-compatibility, use of Drupal Security Protocols. 

Candidate is well versed in the Windows environment, is experienced in WAMP technology with Apache Application driven, and use of My SQL Database.
