Job Description

Small bookkeeping service looking for freelance bookkeepers with experience in Quickbooks for MAC and PC, for basic data entry, record keeping, accounts payable, receivable and reconciliation. Other duties include invoicing, spreadsheets and cash receipts.
QuickBooks Knowledge is a must!
Applicants should be:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, Outlook
• Experienced with QuickBooks Pro for PC and MAC(Quickbooks Online is a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, have good follow up
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, and have courteous phone skills 
• Committed, reliable and able to multi-task
• Able to work remotely and on-site throughout NYC
• Must be able to work independently
